Stock Items - Returnable Products
Return Timeframe: Stock items may be returned within 5 days from receipt of order.
Return Conditions for Stock Items:
Items must be in original, unused condition
Items must be in original packaging when possible
Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipment
Items must be returned within 5 calendar days of receipt
Items must not be damaged, modified, or altered in any way

Custom Work - Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable:
All custom manufactured parts, custom machining work, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items Include:
Custom manufactured parts and components
Made-to-specification machining work
Custom tooling and fixtures
Prototype development work
Modified or altered stock items
Items damaged through use or misuse
Items returned after the 5-day return period
Minimum Order and Handling Fees
Minimum Order: $25.00 or $5.00 handling fee applies to smaller orders.
Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, you must:
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
Obtain Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping items back
Provide order information including order number and items to be returned
State reason for return to help us improve our service
Package items securely in original packaging when possible
Include RA number on return package
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive defective or damaged items:
Contact us immediately upon receipt
Provide photos or description of the defect/damage
Defective items may be eligible for replacement or full refund
We will cover return shipping costs for defective items
No restocking fee applies to genuinely defective items
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and processed:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Restocking fees and shipping charges will be deducted
You will receive email confirmation of the refund
